Description

Shirovasti is for the Ayurvedic treatment of ear issues and Vata-based damage to the cranial nerves. Shirovasti is derived from two words—shiro means “head” and vasti means “container”. For this, a leather sleeve placed on the shaven head of the patient is fixed in place with kneaded dough, and oil is poured continuously into it.
